- Products: once a year we will dispatch – by courier - the products of your choice (see below for all options and programs) automagically within 10 days after payment has been received. The parcel will also contain the fee polish applicator or free replacement woollen sleeves.
- Tips: at least twice a year you will receive our easy maintenance tips and news on new products, either by post or by email. If the opportunity arises we will send you a voucher to try out new products at a reduced price.
- Price: guaranteed for at least 2 shipments, if there is a price change you will be notified of this immediately and have the right to cancel your subscription.
- Payment: once a year (maximum 10 days before products are dispatched) the agreed amount will be debited from your Paypal account or card used to join the “easiest maintenance” program.
- Cancellation: you can cancel your subscription to the program any time, even within 7 days after the last payment has been taken – then of course the ordered products won’t be dispatched to you but the last payment will refunded.
